1.Pay all my debts
2.Buy a nice home for my family
3.Give to the needy
4.Save the rest for education and the "rainy days".

Note: as I clearly stated, the first thing would be to get rid of the debts so I can have a peaceful life. Even now that I haven't yet won a lottery, my number one goal is to pay the debts. Thank you very much.

Buy a car because we only have one. Then I'd move to Washington State, buy land and build a home on it. Start my life over. Go back to school to learn a trade that pays more then the profession I'm in.

The first, and I MEAN first order of business is to pay off every penny of my debt, period point blank. Then, it's splurge time baby.

Edit: Actually, the VERY first order of business above all would be to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Can't believe I forgot that.

First I'd cry at the very thought of not having to work or worry about paying my bills anymore. Then I'd start planning what to do with it and how to section it up.

I would buy a new car, a house for my children, pay off my student loans in one payment, go back to school, and then put the rest into savings for my children's schooling for when they get older.

go to the nearest MCR concert and then go buy a house in the woods, get stuff for my parents, then maybe travel for a year or live in that house for a couple of years secluded
