Actually this is a physics problem.
the centrifugation acceleration is: v^2/r = w^2*r
Now we have 16000g = 16000*9.81 = w^2*(0.06)
w = sqrt(16000*9.81/0.06) = 1617.4/s = 257 round/s ≈ 15.5k rpm
