can you make money out of installing insulation?

i have just started a job installing insulation in houses, but doesnt seem to be what was expected. can any contractors tell me whether you can make decent money out of this or will i have to work 7 days a week long hours to get anywhere???

Most contractors use their own people for this, or sub-contract the work out to people who will do it for very low hourly rates. It's tough making a good living from this.
