don't worry your self she isn't growing boobs, it'll just be puppy fat or increase in hormones this is totally natural when a child is going through a growth spurt, this could also be caused if she is still being breastfed passing hormones through her mother, they'll go down so don't get worried

This sounds like a question for for pediatrician to me. Doesn't sound right to me at age 1 1/2.

She's probably not growing boobs. Sometimes hormones in food (like the steroids used in farm-raised chickens) can cause swelling in children's nipples, making them look like they're growing. Sometimes even infant girls can have discharge from their nipples due to hormones. Cut out meat for a few days and see if it helps. Also, limit her intake of milk. I would ask your pediatrician if it doesn't improve.

She's probably not actually 'growing boobs'.

Some girls have little 'buds' from as early as birth. My niece has them....

all that is is baby fat. it will go away as she has growth spurts!!!
