Hmm, i'd say - Alice in Wonderland, Queen of Heart & the white rabbit could easily be pulled off in a sexy way - chekc this site...

Alice in Wonderland & Queen of Hearts is right on the front page... the white rabbit would be quite easy, white leotard, with white ears and a bunny tail with a clock, lol. Or sexy bee, ladybug and butterfly. I was a mental patient last year, you could pair that with 2 nurses - or a nurse and a cop? Mob princesses are good too, santa and elves, belly dancers - i have too many ideas, check that site - it's the best!!!
