This means using products specifically designed for cleaning leather on your own and then letting a professional give it a good once-over every 3-6 months. Also, you'll want to stay away from wearing it with sleeveless shirts as your anti-perspirant will stain in armpits.

it matters how you take care of it.If you keep it cleen and treat it with leather oil it can last a long time i had mine for 3 years and it still looks new

i have had my banana republic car coat for at least 15 + years. with proper care, cleaning, etc. they should last a long time. i have mine professionally cleaned at the end of every season before I put it away for the warm months.

a looong time! My mom bought one when she was 20 and still has it to this day and she is 49. But it also depends on the quality, hers was kind of expensive.

do you know that leather is dead skin. and with out all the protecters it would rot away.
