I woke up this red throbing thing was on my nose! WHAT IS IT!!! HELP!

OH MY GOD! I knew a girl that it happened to the same way, and she went to sleep one night and woke up to the same thing u described, and went to the docter, and come to find out, a spider had bit her on the face (it was her check) and a huge red bump appered, it was where the spider had laid egg's inside her check (the red bump) and he had to lance the bump cause it would have grown bigger as the baby spiders matured, and when he popped it, all these tiny baby spiders were crawling all over her face! They had to get 4 people in the room to help catch all of them while she was screaming her head off, as hundred's of tiny spider's crawled all over her face!!!!!!!!
