none. I'm trying not to allow myself to worry that much about it. It's just a number, and we can fluctate within a span of five pounds throughout a single day.

You subtract nothing. Just take off your shoes, coat and gold bars out of your pockets each time you get weighed, and then you'll have a reasonable idea of your actual weight, plus maybe 2 pounds.

Usually 2 lbs, but then again it depends on the time of the day you'd weigh yourself and how much food you've eaten if you're going to account for that.

none. you always wear clothes and usually have food in your stomach and its gonna turn into your fat anyway so if you were ever about to get on an elevator full of people and 8 pounds would make the difference between it falling 10 floors down the shaft or not then youd kill everyone but be like omg but the food and clothes and theyd be like jerk... before you hit the ground so i dont subtract any. Not that the elevator thing would ever happen im just saying in real life situations your gonna have food and clothes in and on you so why subtract.

About 5 lbs. because one time I weighed myself clothed and after I ate then another time when had an empty stomach, bladder, intestines, and was not clothed and the difference was about 5.

clothes don't weigh that much, you're only supposed to subtract maybe 1-2 pounds.

5lbs. is a safe bet. Or you could weigh your clothes and shoes and find an average weight to what you usually wear. And what you eat is usually ounces and not pounds.
