Well, sad to say, but, yes... Yes it can. I won't say how because then you'll start thinking about the things I said and that could potentially make your day worse as well. But, on the bright side, at least you know it can get worse, which means you're still better off than you could be. Just think of things that make you happy and focus on those feelings. It will get better eventually. :D
