I got my car fixed and they had to repaint it. Well when I got the car back I noticed even after washing it looks like there is paint on the two passenger side windows and on the stripping along with the window. I am guessing its just the paint dust and it dried seeing as how all that dust was on the inside of my car to. Would this be something I could do or should I call the body shop and tell them.

for starters the auto body shop should have been smart enough to know to take the weather stripping out and cover the glass, so i would call them and expect them to do it and do it now for free if anything give you some money back(unless it was insurence)

Single edge razor blades and windex that get the outside glass. Do not clean the weather strips until the paint on the car cures. When you cannot smell fresh paint. Or use finger nails and dry cloth to rub off the over spray. Turtle wax bug and tar remover is the harshest stuff I would use for a while. Do not wax fresh painted surfaces for about a year.

Take it back to the shop. A good shop shouldn't deliver a car with overspray, and should clean that right up for you. Or you can clean it up yourself. Use some very fine steel wool on the windows. for the weatherstripping, use a towel with a bit of laquer thinner on it, and wipe the overspray off. Be careful not to get the thinner on the fresh paint.

You should definatly take the car back to the body shop and they are responsible to clean it for you because its their job. By the way you can clean the paint dust from the glass only with steel wool and dish soup.
