Pollution was not a problem in 1907. Or if it was, there was nothing they could do about it: Smoke, horse manure. There were so few cars that exhaust was not a problem. The dense fogs of London were famous. But they had nothing else to burn but coal.

Space they thought of in 1907 because of the books of Jules Verne and Edgar Rice Burroughs. But it was just a pipe dream for them, just as it is for us today. They weren't going anywhere. We're not going anywhere. You couldn't tell them anything.

In 1907, medicine concentrated on vaccination, immunization, and antitoxins for infectious diseases. For other diseases, there were surgeries for appendicitis, tumors, broken bones. There was aspirin. But there were no drugs for high blood pressure, arthritis. No one knew the significance of blood pressure, too high. No one understood or treated diabetes. For the rest, there was just nursing care until the patient recovered or did not.

There were no serious concerns about food supply then. There was enough. You could tell them about cleaning up the meat and food packing industries, which was just what novelists of the times were telling them.

I would warn them about the atomic bomb and the trouble it creates today. However, someone would have most likely figured it out by today if the United States didn't do anything to make an atomic bomb World War II.
