Glycogen you mean? Well they all are.. i was taught about cellulose, glycogen and starch at Alevel biology and i just pulled up a Web page that said Chitin is the second most abundant polysaccharide in nature.

All four of these are described as being polysaccharides, but the chitin contains nitrogen, which is unusual for a carbohydrate.
