He's being picky. Any ideas on some new food I could try that he may like?

Iguanas should never have insect or animal based protein--it will damage their kidneys. Go to Melissa Kaplans website and look up Green Iguana Salad. This is a balanced salad that you can feed every day and you'll have a wonderfully healthy Ig. Make sure your setups are correct: large cage, large pool of water very clean, for daily soaking/pooping (they must have this), mist daily for humidity, correct basking temps with a heat lamp, a reptile UVB bulb which is changed every 6 months, correct vitamins, vet check for parasites, etc.

YOU COULD ALWAYS TRY TO GO TO THE LOCAL PET STORE THAT DEALS WITH REPTILES, & SEE IF THEY HAVE SOME PACKAGED FOOD HE/SHE LIKES. OUR IGUANA LIKES EVERYTHING WE PUT IN FRONT OF HIM.

HOPE THESE GIVE YOU SOME IDEAS.

Just keep putting food that is good for him in with him, and he will eat when hungry. Mine absolutely hates to eat anything other than greens, but if I only put in veggies and fruit, he has no other choice at that time to eat. Just keep trying and he will get used to it. Try putting fruit baby food on the veggies and greens, like a salad dressing and he may like it better.

What are you feeding presently? You could try live mealworms. Moving food usually will entice a reptile to take a bite.
