While I doubt she actually pulled the trigger there are several aspects of the case that were initially released, and then almost immediately retracted.
First was the crime scene as initially found. Foster was found dead, on his back, with his arms folded across his chest and a hole in his right temple and a pistol in his left hand. There was no evidence of mud, grass or dirt of any type on his shoes.
It had been raining off and on for the previous 8 hrs.
Second, the crime scene hadn't even been processed before she and her cohorts entered his office and ransacked the place ahead of the police. ANYWHERE ELSE in this country that is called breaking and entering and is a FELONY.
She got a walk because she was the first lady.

EDIT: Here's a thought, if the Clintons were into silencing people that could be considered a threat to their political power, why are Ken Starr, Monica Lewinsky, Paula Jones, and Gennifer Flowers still alive?

she will NEVER apologize because to do so would be to ADMIT she did it. Almost everyone pretty much acknowledges she either did it or had it done...remember, the gun with which he alledgedly shot himself was in the wrong hand. This should certainly be brought up during the Democratic debates by her opponents, and if (GOD FORBID) she wins the nomination, by her Republican opponent.
