why can i not get into internet sites, where I would post information, such as doing my tax return?

Anysite which requires my information,checking my bank accounts, getting my credit report ect.??

a setting on your computer is causing this, i would image, and blocking your access
it could be your security setting, your firewall, a pop up blocker or your service provider
i would start by contacting your service provider, they should be able to walk you threw checks for your computer, this would be easier then trying to check each area yourself, and it is related to you being able to fully use the service they provide, which is internet access
so call their customer support number, or use their online help features (if they have those, many have a live chat feature)
