in life so much pain what makes it better ?

Being able to love myself first and foremost helps to take away my pain.
Reaching the point where I realize the only person I need to please is myself helps with that.
You cannot relieve all the pain all the time, but you can learn to put it in perspective.
To recharge my batteries, I go to "my special place", where I can watch the ocean. There I take in only the sounds of the surf. When I cannot be there in "real life", I go there in my thoughts.
Nature kisses away my pain and soothes my hurts.

Everything has an ending, time makes these things fizzle out and disappear from existence, for the most part. Even if you have nothing else, you're still here, you still have yourself.

I'm not into avril lavinge crap, which makes it so odd for a girl my age, but I am more into Elliott smith. every song I listen from him has a really good meaning, talks about life, reality.
I guess it kisses away part of my depression sometimes

fighting. if you dwell on your misery and all the lost past, it will make your future dark. the only cure is doing something, and then realize the cause of your fighting... your loved ones... your kids... when you see them sleeping quite and peacefully, or when you kiss their head.... you know it's worth fighting for

My friends. They don't actually kiss me.. But just knowing that they're there for me whenever I need someone really helps.
