I know i need to have prove the people in the film are over 18, but are there any permits i might need.or can i just burn dvd's and sell them?? and if i pay the people in the film, is that prostitution? or just paying pro formers? since it ART??

Dude get a lawyer. Based on your poor grammer your have very little education. As such the cops will eat you for lunch no matter if you are breaking a law or not.

It's not prostitution unless you're paying them to have sex with you. I'd get an attorney to be on the safe side.
