That is a VERY bad thing if he is squealing.
I have rabbits myself and made a stupid mistake by putting two together, one bit and scratched the other resulting in a high pitched squeal.
I would suggest not trying to breed those two together again.
Very sorry but i have no idea what breeding is like because i don't breed my rabbits.

Altaira and Three Little Ladies are right. The deed is done. Please read (and finish) a good book in the next 27 days. Breeding should not be taken lightly or done without much thought. The pet market is saturated so don't count on easily finding good homes for the babies and please don't dump them at the shelter.
A book that I think is good is - "Storey's Guide to Raising Rabbits" by Bob Bennett. You'll have every question answered after reading that book. Good luck and enjoy your rabbits.
BTW, TLL - I just checked out your website. I didn't know you had Woolies. Shadow is so stinkin' cute! I'm a sucker for a blue otter Wooly. Congrats on your BOB win with him.
Dreamhorse, check out her website. There are good articles on breeding, care, herd management, and color genetics.

Your doe should most likely be bred. Right before the doe gets bred she will raise up her rear end. Then the buck will kind of curl up into a ball and grunt then fall over to his side. So most likely your rabbit is bred although you may want to check your rabbit back a few times to make extra sure. Twenty-eight days after you bred your doe put a nestbox in. She should have them 30 days after you bred her. If she doesn't have them by the end of 32 days she won't have them.

The squealing and falling off to the side is a good thing! This means the male was successful in accomplishing his end of the deal. I would try to have them do it again in a couple of hours to be sure that she has successfully and conceived and to possibly increase your litter size.
Just think, in a month you could be the proud "parent" of a brand new litter. That never gets old.

If he made a squelling noise and he fell to his side, that means the female was successfully bred. Write that date you bred them down so in 28-31 days that the female will have her babies. on the 26 day you have to put a nesting box in her cage.
Hope that helps

You're obviously know nothing about breeding rabbits and therefore shouldn't be doing it. Why are you doing it anyway? There are plenty of rabbits out in the world that need homes. You won't make much money out of it and you're putting your rabbits at risk.

Buy them dinner, turn down the lights and let the magic happen.
