Contact the police. At a minimum, they can help you identify the ISP that hosts the website. You can then force them to take down the site. One problem is that whoever did it may find another ISP and recreate the site. If the person can be identified, a 'cyber-stalking' charge may be possible.

This constitutes cyber-stalking, and it is certainly illegal. The best place to address this immediately is at a site called cyberangels.com. These folks are very knowledgeable and will help you get the site pulled. If you then want to sue, you can - but you will likely have to prove that you sustained actual damages to win anything.

Good luck to you!

Get a lawyer and sue them. Even if you can't win it should be enough to scare the heck out of them. It will never go to court.
