i wouldnt consider it a bargain no ... its not bad .. but not a great deal either .. u could definitely build one with much better specs for that price ..

not pretty much without the monitor nor keyboard and mouse
search online for almost same specs and how much they cost
though it's a good one
for gaming and all your needs
