It is giving me a problem on my new Acer laptop. I have Norton 360 installed, but it is not doing any help.

you are infected so first use mozilla to browse the net instead of internet explorer, now try this free program called adaware
www.lavasoft.com also google spybot search and destroy and scan.

1. Download and run firefox to protect your from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ) .Then update your windows through firefox

go to download.com and download spy-bot search and destroy also ad-aware that should help
