Well I'll be eating everyone else's turkey since I have five stops to make this Thanksgiving but I'd definately eat it baked. I don't like hardened arteries.

Dude. We tried grilling one last year and it was the best turkey I have ever had. Exactly twice as good as frying. You should try it. Less chance of burning down your house or deck too.

I have 4 of my deep fryers ready for deep frying. Will never go back to baking them again.
