Wow... pretty broad! Do you mean the Roman Catholic approach to the annulment of marriage. Here's one woman's take-

Most people who aren't Catholic wouldn't think about it at all. Society (ie governments) don't recognize a religious annulment legally.

Annulment of marriage is not looked upon as a bad thing.Choosing to have an annulment is the right thing to do, if you know you made mistake in marrying someone.
