ok i fell of a skateboard and bump my head in the semenet wen i was down i felt like i was a sleep for a coupel of sec and now i hav e a huge bump in my left side of head i was bleading a lil is it a concusion should i see a doctor imideatly what do i do to chill it down? will i die if a go to sleep?

i would call an ambulance. you are wasting your time asking on here. why was this your first decision anyways? GO TO THE HOSPITAL! better safe than sorry.

Reread your question. Based on how poor you are communicating, sounds like you have a major head injury. However, if this is your normal communication ability, I'd hire a tutor, not a doctor.

Having loss of consciousness with ANY head injury indicates that you need to be seen by a doctor NOW. GO TO THE HOSPITAL!

Put ice on it.
You won't die if you go to sleep.
Signs of concussion: headache and nausea. If you don't have those you prolly don't have concussion.
Seeing a doctor is not a bad idea.
