I wouldn't say you are. Would you say I'm a bandwagoner? Look at mine lol. I liked the Padres for most of my life (and still do, my absolute favorite team) and I've been a Yankees fan also for about 4-5 years now.

Fan is short for "fanatic," which means all those people using so much energy hating the Yankees are also "fans", but fans who want them to lose, and they are as valuable to a team like the Yankees as those who want them to win. They don't want to be Yankee fans, but they are. I think of the Randy Quaid character in "Major League," taunting Vaughn with that terrible "Wild Thing" rendition! But a "bandwagon" fan? Most people are. Only mothers can love a loser.
