Get a lawyer. Without one you have no hope.

You maintain a residence in a different state, which is one of the major considerations in every definition of 'flight risk' (others include lack of family and no job in the area).
But to answer your question; yes, there is something you can do. Go to that court that issued the order and either challenge or request modification of the order. After hearing your side of the argument, you can request a court-supervised visitation. I'm not saying you'll get it, mind you; that depends a lot on your case's history.

At least in my state, parties in family cases are entitled to free attorneys if you cannot afford one. You need to go to court and request that the court assign you an attorney, then he/she can write a motion to get you a hearing on the matter. An attorney will be assigned for your child as well so that someone objective is looking out for her interests. She will report to the court on how your daughter is doing, what she feels about spending time with you, etc. The first step is to get a lawyer.

You have to get a hearing. That order is likely temporary until the judge does hear the case. This is the same as a restraining order.

That would depend on the Judge. Take your case to a lawyer (if you haven't already) and explain the circumstances to the Judge. Maybe he or she will see what the accuser is doing.
