Marty Schottenheimer probably laughing his a## of for AJ letting him go. Cmon whens the last time you heard a coach get canned with a 14-2 record and going to the AFC playoffs. I live here in Sdiego and I can tell you this team is going nowhere with this pocked face clown at the helm. He is not a good head coach, he should of stayed in SF.

There is absolutly no chemisrty with these new coaches and Turner and Hooch are a bunch of clowns!!!!!!!!!!!

**** only three games in. Besides Norv at least has won a Super Bowl (as a co-coordinator). Marty is a great regular season coach, but nobody could ruin a team in the playoffs like he has. I will Wait until the end of the year to judge Turner

I can't stand Norv Turner. How he got the job in San Diego is beyond me. He coached my team, the Redskins, and we only had one winning season with that jerk off.
Teams usually take on the identity of their coach, and obviously they have. I liked Marty Schottenheimer, but the Redskins fired him after one year. Then they brought in Spurrier, what an a hole!!!

Norv Turner is a joke of a head coach, his record speaks for itself. You can blame Tomlinson and Rivers all you want, but if anyone say a glimpse of the New England/San Diego game you would of seen the way New England spread out their defense and marched down the field time and time again. Norv Turner cannot gameplan, and cannot adjust.

What disturbs me most is that IT'S HIS ****** OFFENSE!! This is the same offense he implemented back when he was SD Chargers offense coordinator. that's like saying he can't drive his own car.

Having said that, it is only week 4 and We'll see what happens. Although it wouldn't surprise me if Chargers are gonna have losing season this year. Remember, Chargers fired Bobby Ross who took them to the Superbowl and that set the team back by miles. This could potentially be that pattern once again.

One thing for sure, if Norv fails in San Diego then he's not gonna get head coaching job anywhere EVER.

Ya know, there is a old saying. "Everyone eventually exceeded their potiental." or "everyone reaches their level of incompitence" There are several coaches in the NFL and out that have done that. Norv might have been an excellent offensive coordinator, but everytime he takes the head coach position. He's over his head. But as always in sports regardless of it being Football or BaseBall or Basketball, these coaches keep getting recycled though the league. The NFL good ol'boy network of coaching is healthy and alive. Norv is just another case of a mediocre coach swapped out with another mediocre coach (Marty Shotsky) Swapped out with ....___________________

Well Philip Rivers is doing his part in this also. LT is not having big games, so the O Line is part of it also. The defense is giving up way too many points, so they are part of it also.

Norv is not a good head coach, but he is a good offense coordinator. He is not going to be the coach there for long. I think Cowher will take that job.

History is certainly not on Norv's side. He didn't exactly have wonderful teams or organizations with Oakland and Washington, but he can't say that with San Diego. He inherited a talented team and they're playing like they're below average.
I never liked Martyball and the "play not to lose" philosophy, but I guess I miss it now. It's going to get worse before it gets better.

No I feel his quarterback knows how to mess up a good team. Phillip Rivers has not been consistent since he has entered the NFL. They have great players to do great things but with no quarterback leadership and production you don't go far. Thats why will continue to see Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in the Super Bowl.

Norv can mess up a team about as good as Herm Edwards what a dipshit!
