www.etsy.com is a wonderful place to buy and sale homemade crafts. I do lots of unique shopping there. It cost 20cents per item you list.

Look for craft fairs in the state and surrounding states. Most of them will charge you something to set up a booth, but you can overprice your items and make enough to cover the booth.

Talk to local craft/gift stores about selling your products. The smaller the town, the more likely you'll be to find someone to sell it. People go nuts over locally made items--especially if you live near a place that gets a lot of tourism.

Put up posters on local bulletin boards and an ad in the newspaper. Some newspapers will do interest pieces on local entrepreneurs. Drop your name and see if there's any interest.

Actually, you're not allowed to sell custom made items on Ebay. You have to make something and sell that exact thing. But you could hang one out in your yard so people will see it when they go by. Or, if you have a lot of frontage, you could hang out a whole line of signs, each with one word on it, advertising your work. You could also set some up at a craft fair and take orders right there.

You know how to make signs but you don't know how to advertise, that is your problem. Try the Flea Market, set up a roadside stand, put one of your signs in your front yard telling people you have them,. put a sign in your car window.
