Jocelyne? [pronounced JOSS-ee-lynn]
It's different from the normal name Jocelyn.
I mean, yes, this is my name. And it's very different, and I like that. But when I get older, I'm considering changing it.

It flows nicely, but... I'm sick of people always totally SLAUGHERING my name when they say it. And spelling it wrong. I guess that's what I get for having a name so uncommon, but still.

1. Everyone will pronounce the name traditionaly. Jocelyn.
It's a lovely name, TRADITIONALLY. Otherwise it sounds like you're trying to change a name into something it's not.
2. I say don't change your name.

The only difference between the 2 names is the "e" at the end. They're both pronounced the same. And when you are 18, if you want to change your name, then you can but don't expect people that have known you all your life to call you by a different name.

I personally think that Jocelyne is a very unique name. As for changing it, I have no idea what it should be. I'd have to know you first. Sometimes, you just need to be happy with who you are.

I think your name's cute. I like the spelling. Paige is SUCH an adorable name.
If you want to change your name, maybe consider using your middle name, Paige?
I recall you saying that you LOVED the name Teagan Lily, so maybe use either of those?
I love the name Tessa, my 2 yr old's name...maybe consider that?

I prefer Jocelyn. I'd just change it to that so people will stop tripping over it.

i think its an awesome name!!!!
i no excactly how u feel. my name is Luciane (Loo-see-ah-NEE). not LOO-see-anne. not lu-shi-AH-neh. not Luciany. Luciane (Loo-see-ah-NEE).
and it really depends on what you look like and how u act.
maybe just get a nick name????like Luciane and Luci, try something like..... Jocie (JO-see)?? i dont no.... but be careful. I've met five "paige"'s and they ALL had attitude problems (or other problems) that made them really rude. u dont seem rude at all.
