i immediately thought of tea time, but i don't think that's what you're looking for. this may be a little out there, but i like Breakfast Buzz. you're eating and drinking coffee (breakfast), then you have caffeine buzz, and (innocent) gossip buzz.

There are several synonyms. Elevenses is one - because the traditional tea break in England took place at 11 a.m. It has since been expanded to include coffe.
But are you asking for existing synonyms or for some new names for coffee, donuts and socializing?
If so - it's Tim Horton time.......
