That was about two weeks ago. I'm a normal weight, 5'6 and 135, and eat plenty of iron rich foods. I also have no energy, yet my thyroid test came back negative, even though I had a lot of the symptoms: cold hands, cronic fatique, slow reflexes, low temperature. I'm fifteen and have had my period for three years. What could be the culprit?

If you were a little younger, I would say don't worry about because that happens to people in their first few years of menstruating, but at your age, it could be something severe. Your weight looks fine. Sometimes low body weight can cause women to stop menstruating. Go and see a gynecologist.

I would see a doctor. Right away. Not a gynaecologist, but a specialist. Because that is really not normal.

you could ask to be referred to an endocrinologist.
Your symptoms are very general, they could be signs of anything.
