I did not go to college but have been writing for years and I read dictionaries. I might be different but people need two things I see in school. One is the correct form of writing and the other is bookkeeping, the keeping of a checkbook. These tect messages are the worse form of thought there is. We start thinking in the language instead of full words. It bothers me to think man has come to this, the human language is a beautiful thing. You paint pictures by speaking. I hope my grammer is correct, if not forgive me.

I'd certainly appreciate it. I've been here a couple months and I'm already picking up on wrong word usage and spelling errors that can't be caught by Check Spelling. I used to tutor in grammar...and, in fact, I aced the Honors course in college. I only had to take one class to get credit for all required Lit. classes. If anyone should be impervious to the incorrect grammar, it should be ME! So, PLEASE, help us all out!!

Chuckle, I doubt it, but anything is worth a try. I suspect the problem is not as much ignorance as laziness.

No. Us "kids" embrace our native language, so it's like teaching spanish to an american - sure, it'll work, but we'll still know english better (and use it more often).
