What are some good questions to ask a lawyer? My father is being accused of molesting 2 girls we got him a lawyer what kind of questions can I ask him. Can I ask him I want him to attend to all courts instead of sending his other workers.

#1. Does he think you have a "Case". #2. Does he think You can win it. & #3. How MUCH does he charge. -Those are the main ones. Good luck.

If this attorney is really good and handled similar cases before, you ask him and also make sure that it will be included in your fee agreement with a lawyer that he himself will attend all hearings and trial instead of sending some other lawyer. I'm not an attorney, but dealt with number of lawyers in my lifetime. Majority of attorneys all they care about is their fees and they see a dollar signs in front of their eyes. Ask attorney about his/her fees and ask to put everything in writing if you do not want to have problems with him later on.

You are the boss. If you're paying for it, you have the right to request it. However, there may be scheduling conflicts that prevent him from being at every meeting. If your father is innocent, I wish you both well.
