Sorry for asking in this section, but most of the advice in the singles category is given by school aged children and I'm far from that.

best way is by his actions. when you're with him - does he make you feel like you're the center of his world?
Another good one - look into his eyes. when he catches you - does he melt - and look back? or does he try to hide?
Call me old fashioned or whatever - but he may simply tell you.

Its the little things in any relationship that shows just how much a man is really interested in a woman besides a casual one-nighter. A woman understands those things better than a man and sees these things. On the other hand she also usually knows if a man is a fraud or not too

It is easy to tell. If the guy thinks he is doing well and that seldom happens since guys date down, the guy has feelings for her and would marry her. If the girl knows she is doing well, then the guy is out of her league and she is only good enough for sex. The guy will not marry her because he knows he can do better.
Otherwise, if the girl will spread her legs, she can entice the guy to have sex with her. However, since that is only way she could get the guy, he doesn't have feeling for her. She is just an easy piece.

She will probably be able to tell by your actions, your words, and your facial expressions/body language (leaning forward, pupils more dilated, etc).
