Do you really think the charges should be dropped??
I think its insane! I really do believe if the races were the other way around it would be totally different. And that makes me more than upset.
What these boys have done needs not to go unoticed, they need to pay the price just like every other america. They could have killed this poor boy and knew exactly what they were doing when they were kicking him in the head after he had already passed out. I believe they should get serious jail time expecially because most of them have past violent behavior. They all need to go to jail, no not for 22 years but some good jail time might do them some good.

SmuveG..You must be kidding. OJ had a hell of a laywer...I suggest reading his book. It explains a lot and is a slap in the face to all who thought he was innocent.
A HIGH SCHOOL FIGHT....No, They should be charged with no not 22 years, but some jail time would do them good. THEY COULD HAVE KILLED THE BOY! And then what, would the boys still be the victims??

A mind is a terrible thing to waste. I encourage you to get the complete story before you go making assertions. No one ever implied that the boys in the fight should go unpunished. A high school fight should not land a kid in jail. That is the point. I mean if I went to work and there was a hangman's noose in the break room, I think I would be pissed to say the least. I wouldn't start a fight but I think I would find other employment. These kids didn't have that opportunity. Rem the story awhile back where the child was throwing a tantrum in the principals office and CNN and Fox show the face of the little child being handcuffed and carded of to jail. The point is, where does this lunacy stop. Conversely there was a 19 year old who killed 4 people on a boat and they covered his face with a blanket. OJ Simpson's wife dies under suspicious circumstances and it is the trial of the century. Robert Blake's wife dies under circumstances no less suspicious and it does not even make the back page. If anything you should be outraged by Jenna 6 because if it can happen there, it can happen here.

You think a minor should be sent to jail with people who really did commit murders and other felonies? Why don't you save time and lock us all up. I am black so I must be guilty of something, right. Well I see where your mentality is so give the points to the white guy. And when you are pulled over for doing 10 miles over the speed limit and find yourself in jail just remember I told you so.

i completely agree with you. je$$e jack$son and al $harpton are opportunists capitalizing on the mental weakness of some in the black community and turning this into an emotional issue, when the issue should be fact based. if the races were the other way around, je$$e and $harpton would be down there saying 22 years isn't nearly long enough.
