OK, let me tell you what Chrysler told me. Cars have a life expectancy of 50,000 miles. Trucks, 100,000 miles. This is based on 2 different types of owners. the first is a person who buys a new vehicle an never raises the hood or does any thing to it until it just quits running. The second person buys a new vehicle and pamper the crap out of it and takes it in for any minor thing. When these two different persons are averaged out, you get 50,000 miles for the car, and 100,000 on the truck. That doesn't mean they aren't good for more than that, it just means that's the average. And if you want the best made and longest lasting of any vehicle, Buy the best seller of what ever car/truck brand you buy from. They put more quality in their best sellers. With Chrysler it's the minivan. Good luck with what ever you buy.

First lets start out this way, the auto is considered 9 years old. 10,000 miles a year is low miles, 15,000 miles a year are high miles, you are right in the middle with12,555 average. How long will it last depends on how it was cared for. If the seller has all the service records for oil changes and repairs you should be ok if not see if the seller will let you take the car to a mechanic to be inspected. Some times spending $50.00 to $75.00 for an inspection can keep you from spending good money after bad.

It depends on a few factors.
If you get it i presume that you will be the second owner and if you are. It depends on how well the car was kept. Was the maintenance done on it when it was suppose to and etc.
Some tyrannys will not go over 100,000 until they have be replaced. I am not sure if yours is one of those or not.

I wouldn't, Chrysler isn't a very quality made car, so to speak. I would recommend a Japanese brand such as Toyota. You may have heard this before, but Toyota is the #1 car manufacturer in the world for a reason - their cars last for ages and are simple if you need to replace something yourself. I bought a Saab, and the complexity and prices of parts are outrageous. Go Japanese.

if it a 2.7 engine dont buy it. at this point it is more important how the person before you took care of it, ifs it is a 2.7 it wont last much longer, any other engine size is ok but they are expensive to fix when they break down
