Thats the title I had. In a commercial bakery, such as a bread bakery,each person in the group has a title. They start at Porter, the clean up man,and go in several stages through the Mixer, the Cutter, who measures the ingedients, up to the Master Baker who is in charge of the entire bake.

just differnet names they give to the crew so they can feel important. The master Baker is the leadman for the baking crew.
