im a bra size 34 b but yet i still have no clevage!! is that normal??

Dont worry i am right there with ya. Its totally normal. Relax. Its different for everyone. Dont worry u will get the clevage soon.

Yes, that can be normal for some women but depending on the age of the woman if she's a young woman of around 15 or so the breasts continue to develop for several more years before the actual size of what's normal becomes apparent. I would also recommend checking with your doctor to see what they say.
