You're just mad right now because they lost today. When they win, though, we think they are unbeatable.
After they win the series with the Reds, I'll be celebrating a NL Central division championship in the streets of Cincinnati! Hope to see you there with a beer in hand and a smile on your face.

You sound just like the Mets' fans. Look. You're in first. Even now. The Brewers haven't won yet tonight. Where is your loyalty? Just because they lose to the Marlins, who've had their number all year, you're swearing at them and writing them off! Be a fan. Cry when they've been eliminated, but not before. Now is when they NEED fans. They have the upper hand and will probably win it. Geeeeeees.

Just be glad the Cubs didn't end the season in Florida!
They still have a real good chance to win the division.
Plus it's just the nature of the Cubs. If they didn't give us
high blood pressure, hives, hypertension, anxiety,
diarrhea, and an occasional cardiac arrest, they wouldn't
be our Cubbies!!!
GO CUBS!!!!!!!!

Losing one game doesnt mean that all the done work is lost. They wouldnt deserve the playoff berth if they played awful during the season, but that is not the situation. Although the division is not won yet, changes of clinching it are still big.
Good luck for the Cubs, from Panama City, Panama!

And they wonder on the South Side of Chicago why Cub fans are bitter towards the White Sox.
You can't even handle your own team losing.
Gheesh, they're still in first place.

sometimes i do feel that the cubs don't deserve to go to the playoffs but there's times when they do win they prove that they really do deserve. but life goes on lets just hope that when the next series starts that they could win at least

You're not too loyal to your team are you? I don't know how you can call yourself a fan after saying that.I'm from St. Louis I'm I die hard Cards fan, even though they stink this year I'm not dissing them. AS far as the Marlins thing goes, anyone can lose to ANYBODY! That's what I've learned in sports, someone could wipe a team one day then the next lose big time to them!

I picked the Cubs to win the division during the pre season and still think they will. Having said that it certainly looks like no one wants to win it. I'm sure they will make it.

nope they dont!
they lost to florida yesterday and and lost again today 4-5! so they come in with a 3 1/2 game lead and get swept by the low life marlins! im just glad the brewers are playing san-diego who are also trying to get a play off spot so it would be tougher for the brewers to win..
Hey Gene H(guy below me)..we've done our crying for the past 90+ years!!! we want results!! and after spending over $300 million dollars..u'd expect a divison title at the very least!
