Rubbing alcohol will bring it off, put some on a soft cloth and wipe off.:)

First, don't scrape the mark or rub it with a scrubbie, or use any solvent which will frost the plastic plexiglass, like acetone or alcohol. Don't use generic pump-hairspray as that has solvent which will frost plastic.
The best thing I've found for permanent marker (and crayon) is an orange-based spray called DeSolvit. There are other similar products, but this one's really good. I get it at Walmart. You can also try Goo-Gone.

Rubbing alcohol will take Sharpie off most things.

Try those new Mr Clean Magic Erasers. Those things are amazing. Check out the site, there's even a coupon.

Good luck!

I'm not going to guarantee this. But glass usually doesn't hold ink such as from a magic marker. So just plain vinegar should do the trick.

Good luck!
