CONSIDERING SOCCER IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY, I THINK THEY ARE DOING QUITE ALRIGHT AND WILL GET THERE IF THE SPORTS DEVELOP IN THE STATES.

Yes - good soccer - not great soccer. Most of the best American athletes go into other sports

American is good in soccer, the best team can really play soccer in the Brazilians. My dad knows more about soccer then me.

I think the U.S. is fairly new to the sport.its hard to get americans into soccer because we have been fans of our national sports for too long.our sports are great and football is a great sport.that said I think we have very good players and our talent in football has shown.we now dominate our confederation like nobodys business.tell me who can save mexicos sorry a$$ from us or any of the rest of the concacaf.
we still dont take this sport seriously and with little to no support of the sport we still constantly rip european teams apart all the time in exhibitions.
denmark,norway,holland,southamericans too.ecuador,venezuela.under 20 we owned brazil,poland,uruguay.you idiots need a life.just cause we make fun of you and your sport doesnt mean you should go on your periods.you dum narrow minded monkeys.most of all.
learn to realize that many nations dont call it football nowadays.hahahahahahahahahahahayou people are cool. I like football and I like you guys even though you are idiots sometimes.and you wonder why we look down on you??????

They have good games sometimes. I think in the US- Brazil game they played pretty good. They have chances but sometimes dont take charge of the opportunities. People always talk about the USA but there are other countries in the Americas that are more worse than them at "soccer" football. Watever

everyone is capable of playing good soccer. but unfortunately for the US soccer team that is a rarity. their major achievment is still the 1-0 upset win over England in the 1950 world cup

americans arent that really good in soccer like germany, poland, or italy.
america can only make it to the qualifications
italians are good at soccer along with the germans and the polish..

see what i cant stand is how people make generalizations, since they aren't american they know everything about us, yes the USA does play good soccer, not as good as the rest of the world, but look, our u 20 team made it to the quarterfinals, including freddy adu, jozy altidore, and michael bradley, when they mature into more experienced players, them and the veterans on the team which will be, donovan, dempsey, beasley, bocanegra etc. so we play good now, and the future looks bright.

Certainly no. Maybe female football it's quite good, but male one,NO. Good leagues are in Europe (Italy, Spain, England) and some Latin American countries such as Argentina or Brazil

i don't think usa is that good at soccer. they're more into basketball, baseball, and football (not the soccer one)
