Barack Obama is only better than Rudy Giuliani and Mitt in my opinion so that is not saying much about him.

In my opinion he is. I saw them both on cspan and Joseph Biden went more in depth when asked a tough question and when Barack was asked a tough question he would beat around the bush for like five minutes and then sorta answer the question.
