Which ever city is closest to you. If you live around houston you should be a Texans fan or if your somewhere else in texas be a cowboys fan as they have alot more history and fans.
If you want to be a baltimore fan thats fine but it just wont be the same as it would be if you were living in baltimore.

I am the same way. I like to watch football, but sometimes feel out of the loop because I don't have a favorite team. I grew up in CT so I don't really have a team I can go by for that reason. I think it is ok to just like the sport and not necessarily have a favorite team. Make a room dedicated to all the teams and the NFL as a whole. Your other option is to look for your favorite player and go by the team he is on.

Here are some suggestions. 1) How is the Fan Base, it doesn't have to be a big market team like Green Bay or Dallas ,but still have loyal fans. Example. The Texans haven't been to the playoffs but they have sold out every game since Reliant Stadium and the team existed. 2) Are they players/coaches classy? We all think "our" favorite players are classy but they might not really be. But try to pick a team that you see or hear the players giving back to the community. 3) Go for the home team that's closest to you.

Dallas Cowboys(aka America's Team) are now the most valued sports team in the world. They have won 5 superbowls and been to the show more than anyone. Their new stadium they are building will shatter a number of world records. They also have the largest fan base in the country, and their viewer ratings are 2nd to none. Not to mention they are red hot this year, with a feel good story in the makeing.

Most people go with the team that is closest to their hometown. If you are from Texas most people like the cowboys. Not everybody has been able to get behind the texans since the Oilers left and became the titans. Maybe that will change. But if you arent really a fan go with what ever colors you like and wont get you harassed by your company.

hmmmm.......
you've been watching the Ravens since BEFORE they had Ray Lewis? how could that be? Prior to 1996, the Ravens were the Browns, playing in Cleveland. Ray lewis was drafted in '96. so this question is made up, just to be asking questions.
you should pull for a team in your home state & not go around jumping bandwagons
you are "Re-doing" your room? how old are you, 30?

My favorite team is the New Orleans Saints because they are fun to watch with their explosive offense. Reggie Bush and Deuce Mcallister are explosive runners. Marques Colston is developing into an elite receiver. Drew Brees is one of the best QBs and throws a lot. On defense, Will Smith, Scott Fujita and Charles Grant are fun to watch.
The Baltimore Ravens are my 2nd favorite team because they make defense fun to watch. Ed Reed is one of my favorite players because of his playmaking ability. He creates turnovers, fumbles, interceptions, hits hard, blocks punts, returns punts for touchdowns, and does everything else that is fun to watch. Ray Lewis is the most exciting linebacker in the league. Watching him tackle alone is entertaining. Chris Mcallister is always fun to watch at corner with all his interceptions. Bart Scott and Terrel Suggs are always getting sacks, which is always exciting.

Living in Texas, you're not gonna see a whole lot of Ravens games on TV. It'd be easier to follow one of the other teams. The Texans are a really young team on defense so you can "grow up" with them. Andre Johnson is gonna end up one of the best WR's in the NFL. Coming up a Colts fan makes it hard to say this - but go Texans.

the Green Bay Packers. why?
because Brett Farve is the greatest player not just QB to ever play the best sport he's started in somthing like 250 straight NFL games for as long as i've played the game and watched it on TV he's been playing. i live in Ontario Canada which is pretty close to Wisconsin and he's great in cold weather games when the snow is blinding and i can relate to that team more than any other. and brett farve plays the game the way i would when i was a QB in high school.

I do not live in a city with the NFL - I guess my favorite team developed as I watched the games as a youngster and the team closest geographically was the one broadcast the most - so I gravitated to that team. Here we are, several years later and they are still my favorite team - good or bad.
That's not to say I don't have other teams I root for on occasion (for various reasons like they have players from my area or from universities in my area) - but that is more player than team cheering.
