I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have had very little symptoms. I have had some nausea, but it has been very mild and if I eat something it goes away. Well I have noticed for the last 2 or 3 days I have had no nausea. Should I be concerned that I am going to miscarry? Or is it normal for these symptoms do disapear at week 10? I also have a pretty big belly for 10 weeks, so I have been thinking that maybe I am a month further along than I calculated. It's driving me mad because I don't have an ultrasound for 2 weeks.

It is so amazing that there are people on here with the same exact symptoms as you! :) I have the same as you! I will be 11 weeks on a couple days, but I was the same. Hardly any symptoms, only nauseous all day, everyday. But if I keep something in my stomache I tend to feel better. It has started to fade a little this week though. I wouldn't be worried. My doctor told me that the 'morning sickness' feelings usually go away at 12 weeks...and 10 is close enough.
I am also seeming to be getting a belly this early! I was asked if I was pregnant twice yesterday...by people that didn't know! I didn't know if I should be offended or not. LOL!
Good luck! I have my ultrasound in 2 weeks too! :)

10 weeks is fine.

Some people never have nausea at all.

My wife stopped at 12 weeks almost to the day.

Pregnancies are all going to be radically different from one another. If you took and compared 100 pregnancies I bet you'd have a lot of trouble finding a pair that you would call "the same" or even very similar!

They can come and go and unless you have really bad cramping or bleeding the loss of nausea isn't a sign that you are about to miscarry. You could be farther along but you won't know until your ultrasound. I wouldn't worry. But always call your doctor if you have any concerns.

morning sickness has nothing to do with miscarrying
In a couple more weeks your in your second trimester .
And that's when it usually milds down or goes away .
I never had morning sickness.

But no , don't worry yourself about miscarrying /
That's def. not a sign .
If your not spotting, and not having major back pains
Don't worry about it ..

Good Luck .

you have nothing to worry about , actually you should count your blessing, feeling nauseous is no fun and i for one i had terrible ones for almost 7 months, i still get them at 36 weeks and 5 days and trust me is not fun.

some people are just like you, mild ones and some dont even get them at all.

so good luc hun and enjoy the rest of the pregnancy, a very very long ride.

everyone is different!! I'm 13 weeks and still feeling like crap. some people never feel sick.. so count yourself pretty lucky... Another 2 weeks until the US won't make a huge difference. I was surprised that my belly got big so quickly. If you are thin, it's more noticable!! so maybe that is just it

I felt nausea with my first child...its perfectly normal to me but if your really worried go onto a message board for pregnancy and they will tell you :) Or you can call your doctor but to me it sounds perfectly normal.
