I really LOVE your middle name. And I think Tori Lynn is a cute combination. I'm not crazy about Gavin but I love names that aren't that common so I like it. I'm torn between Riley Michael or Rylan Michael for my new little boy...

I think it's nice that you want to honor your mother, but I'd just give her the full (beautiful) version Victoria. Tori is more a nickname, and even if you plan on using it 99% of the time, she might appreciate the option, especially once she's an adult. And she'd definitely love the actual link to your mom, since they'd share the same given name, regardless of nickname! ;)
I'm not much for naming a child after yourself -- mother or father (not into juniors either LOL) -- since that negates the entire point of it being an "honor." Unless, of course, someone's self-centered enough to think they deserve the honor, but you get what I mean. Also, since Lynn is SUCH a filler middle name, it kind of loses even the link to your own middle name, so really it seems little more than a random, single-syllable middle name that happens to sound "ok" -- pretty much the definition of a filler. ;)
So I'd keep Victoria for you mom as either a first or middle name, but look for something equally meaningful or that you just truly love for the other.
Hope that helps!
Edited because I'd forgotten about Gavin Michael! LOL That really is a nice combo, and I love the significance behind Michael. Since you mentioned not having heard Gavin often, however, be aware that it's actually really popular -- 38 in 2006 and quickly rising (it just made the top 100 in 2000, so it really is a big up-and-comer that you'll be hearing a LOT). Just a heads-up.
Ps. You might also consider Michaela in honor of your dad. ;)

I think you should name her Victoria Lynnae. Tori is a nickname. What happens if she wants to be in the corporate world when she grows up? A Victoria would be taken far more seriously than Tori.
I've heard GAVIN a lot. but i like Gavin Michael.

I like Gavin Michael, but I'd give your daughter the full name Victoria and just call her Tori so she has a more sophisticated option when she's older and looking to start a career.

I like names that don't get used too often like Gavin, but aren't completely off the wall. Both names roll off the tongue nicely. I also like names with stories behind them and pay tribute to the family members that proceeded them.

they sound nice. Will Tori be the 1st name and Lynn the middle name, or will it be Tori-Lynn as a first name? I think you should use the dash if they will both be 1st names.

I think those names are great. The best names are the ones that have a story or reason behind them. I think your mom and dad will be honored!
Congrats on your pregnancy!
