The happiness it brings. Even if your stressed out or tired, or whatever. Its easy to just awe at the stuns and animals and forget life's problems for a bit.

The animals. I know that's not 'politically correct' but I actually met one of the Barnum and Bailey animal trainers once, through a friend who had been offered two jobs ... one at the zoo, the other with him. Our zoo (world reknown) told her to take the circus job, because HE was 'the best in the world' with wild animals. He's not with them any more, but the animals are STILL my favorite part of the circus.

Trapeze artists and other artists who show great personal skill.
I don't like to see wild animals in a circus. Even if the circus is responsible and treat their animals well, it's still not a good life for a wild animal.
