Here is an idea:
The Death Penalty: We can live without it.
BTW I hope that you realize that the answer from voice of liberty is wrong on costs. The death penalty is much more expensive than life without parole, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent people. (24 people on death row have already been shown to have been wrongfully convicted.) That same answerer doesn't seem to know that states and regions with the death penalty have higher murder rates than states without it. The death penalty isn't a deterrent.

"Capital Punishment is but revenge and revenge is fitting for animals not humans" (taken from Aristotles' idea that humans should not deek revenge but justice)

"I'm a soft idealist who wants to house sick, un-rehabilitable criminals at the expense of the American taxpayer while taking away another social control mechanism which was deliberately placed into our law system to deter violent crime."
