for one shaving shouldn't hurt if you are using a good razor...meaning none disposible razor and one with more than one or two blades. so first try that. secondly, yes i do not suggest trying to wax "down there" yourself...been there...didn't have enuff balls so to speak to rip it off so then i spent the next hour sitting in the bath tube trying to roll of the stripe and wax lol. thirdly, getting waxed at a professional place isn't as embarrassing as you think...they don't make you lay there naked...u just put a towel over you "who who" and they just move a little piece to the side wax, replace the towel and do the other side. Now if you were looking to get a Brazilian...then yes they would see EVERYTHING even your butt hole lol. but with a bikini it's nothing really.

to answer you question...yes you can use nair "down there" just becareful

Probably, but it could irritate the really sensitive skin. Be prepared to shower off if you feel any irritation and follow the label directions. If done correctly, with shaving cream and a good disposable razor, shaving should not hurt. They do this all the time in hospitals, prior to surgery. Just use a very light pressure - barely touching the skin. Forget the electric shaver.

Absolutely! They make a special bikini version. You can also use a facial depilitory which is a gentler version of the original. With these types you don't have to worry about the burning, irritation, etc that everyone else is talking about. Be very careful where you put it though!

I wouldn't if I were you.

Unless you want the buring and the itching and the complete and uneccesary irritation that Nair loves to offer!

It might take you longer, but shaving is better. Especially on those 'sensative' areas!

I wouldn't suggest it.

Hope this helped! Good luck! :)

i think nair you have to let it sit there for a while and it might burn down there. So i would get the bikini wax so people say that it does not hurt them at all some say the other

Absolutely NOT - those are very delicate tissues and you can cause yourself permanent damage plus a lot of pain. Shave it or check into electrolysis. I don't know if they do permanent hair removal with electolysis, but you can pick up the phone and ask. It doesn't matter if a professinal 'sees you' - to them you are just another body. Obviously you want someone to see you or are thinking about it or you would not be worried about it.

Not if you are using a regular nair... they actually have a specific kind for "down there" look for that before putting yourself through the pain of itching and red bumps "down there"

You can use Nair on your pubic area. Use the kind specifically for your bikini line (Sally Hansen sells a good one). It will be gentle. Just don't use it on your actual genitals.
