I don't know exactly what you are asking, but I am taking it you are asking for a slogan for the 15th amendment?

If so...
Fifteenth Amendment (1870): Prohibits the federal government and the states from using a citizen's race, color, or previous status as a slave as a qualification for voting.

Keep race out of the voting race (or something to that effect)
