luckily for me, when i have pms, i don't feel like killing anybody, but i feel so depressed! i mean every thing that someone says breaks me down more, and i usually end up crying. it's really embarassing to start crying in front of everybody...is there any way i can prevent the crying thing? thanks!

hi, i was diagnosed with pms at 15. i'm now 32. i have tried lots of things i can tell you. i use 10mg of citalopram from my G.P and its probably the best thing i have ever had for my pms....and i have had a life sentence of pms!

B6 which is not the same as a birth control pill or other form of hormone medication can be very helpful for mood swings related to PMS. You can buy it in a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex. You can also find it at Wal-Mart. I have found that the B6 helps a lot.

Check with your doctor about additional ideas for vitamins that might be of help.

I have just heard on the news today there is a new pill out that controls PMS bit late for me now I would have jumped at it a few years ago

Dont worry i do the same thing. Im tender hearted as it is and it doesnt take much to make me cry. but when i have pms it is like 5 times worse. and i dont like it. you can try taking some meds like midol or pamprin or somehting like that that helps with pms affects.
